1.Educational Purpose Only#

This Risk Disclaimer (the "Disclaimer") explains, plainly, what ShareRocketPro is and is not. It forms part of, and must be read together with, our Terms of Use.

1. 1.1
   ShareRocketPro — the website, mobile apps and any related service (together, the "Service") — is an educational paper-trading simulator. It exists so you can learn about markets and practise trading with virtual practice money, in a simulated practice market, without risking real capital.
2. 1.2
   Everything on the Service is provided for general information and learning purposes only. It is not tailored to your circumstances, objectives, financial situation or needs.
3. 1.3
   By using the Service you acknowledge that you understand this and accept the risks and limitations set out below.

2.Not Financial, Investment, Legal or Tax Advice#

1. 2.1
   Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy, sell or hold any security, or to adopt any trading or investment strategy.
2. 2.2
   Educational content, tutorials, examples, tools, indicators, market data, rankings and any commentary are illustrations of concepts — not guidance to act on. We do not know your situation and cannot advise you.
3. 2.3
   You should not treat any part of the Service as a substitute for advice from a licensed professional who has assessed your individual circumstances.

3.Not a Broker, Exchange or Adviser#

1. 3.1
   ShareRocketPro is not a broker, dealer, stock exchange, securities business, portfolio manager or investment adviser. We do not carry on any regulated securities activity.
2. 3.2
   In particular, the Service does not, and cannot:

   1. execute, place, route or facilitate any real trade or order on any exchange;
   2. hold, custody or handle any real money, client securities or client assets;
   3. open, operate or connect to any real brokerage or demat account on your behalf;
   4. facilitate real short-selling, margin, leverage or intraday trading — these exist on the Service only as simulated features that teach the concepts.
3. 3.3
   All trading on the Service uses virtual practice money only. Practice money is shown in Rupees for realism, but practice balances, holdings, profits and losses have no real-world monetary value and cannot be withdrawn. 4.Market Data, Practice Prices & Delays#

1. 4.1
   Market data on the Service is real NEPSE data supplied by Share Rocket Pro's data platform and may be delayed. It is provided for learning and information and is not an official or authoritative feed from NEPSE or any exchange, index provider or data vendor.
2. 4.2
   Prices, quotes, volumes and indicators may lag the exchange, be incomplete or contain errors, so they can differ — sometimes materially — from prices on the exchange at the same moment. Trades in the app are simulated with virtual practice money and are not real orders.
3. 4.3
   Paper trades do not execute at market data prices. They execute in a practice market at practice prices generated by ShareRocketPro, which start from and loosely track real NEPSE prices, move within limits modelled on NEPSE's daily circuit, and keep moving when NEPSE is closed. Practice prices are not official NEPSE prices or quotes and can differ materially from real exchange prices at the same moment.
4. 4.4
   You must never rely on any price, practice price, quote or figure shown on the Service for a real trading, investment or order-entry decision. If you trade for real, use your licensed broker's official, real-time data.

5.Simulated Results Are Not Real Results#

A simulation is practice. It removes the very frictions and pressures that determine real-world outcomes:

1. 5.1
   Simulated performance does not reflect real trading because, among other things, the Service has:

   1. no real order execution — fills are assumed, not competed for in a live order book;
   2. no official prices — paper trades fill at practice-market prices generated by ShareRocketPro, not at NEPSE prices;
   3. no slippage, no partial fills and no queue priority;
   4. no real liquidity limits — you can "trade" sizes a real market might not absorb;
   5. no brokerage, taxes, levies or other real costs unless expressly modelled;
   6. no real emotional pressure — no fear, greed or discipline lapses when real money is at stake.
2. 5.2
   Because of these differences, results you achieve on the Service are hypothetical and are highly unlikely to be reproduced with real money in a real market.
3. 5.3
   You must never present, share or pass off simulated results, screenshots or statistics as an actual real-money trading record. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

6.No Guarantee of Accuracy, Completeness or Availability#

1. 6.1
   The Service and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that any content is accurate, complete, current, reliable or fit for any particular purpose.
2. 6.2
   Market data, educational material and third-party information may contain errors, omissions or delays, and may change without notice. We are not obliged to update it.
3. 6.3
   We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or available at any given time. Access may be suspended for maintenance, technical issues or reasons beyond our control.

7.Real Trading Carries Real Risk#

1. 7.1
   Trading and investing in real securities involves substantial risk. Prices can rise and fall sharply, and you can lose some or all of your invested capital. In some circumstances losses can exceed the amount you originally put in.
2. 7.2
   Doing well in a simulation is not evidence that you will do well trading real money. The skills a simulation builds are a starting point, not a guarantee of real-world success.
3. 7.3
   Only you can decide whether real trading is suitable for you, and you should never risk money you cannot afford to lose.

8.Past & Simulated Performance#

1. 8.1
   Past performance — real or simulated — does not indicate, predict or guarantee future results. Markets change, and what worked before may not work again.
2. 8.2
   Any figures, returns, rankings or track records shown on the Service are illustrative and hypothetical, and must not be read as a promise or projection of real returns.

9.Third-Party & User Content#

1. 9.1
   The Service may display or link to content from third parties and from other users — including comments, strategies, discussions and external sites. This content is not created, verified or endorsed by us.
2. 9.2
   We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality or safety of third-party or user content, and a link or reference is not a recommendation. Rely on it at your own risk.
3. 9.3
   No one on the Service is authorised to give you personalised investment advice, and you must not treat other users' opinions as professional advice.

10.Your Decisions Are Your Own Responsibility#

1. 10.1
   Any decision you make about real money — to buy, sell, hold or refrain — is yours alone, and you are solely responsible for its consequences.
2. 10.2
   Before you invest or trade real money, you should carry out your own research, consider your objectives and risk tolerance, and consult a licensed financial, legal or tax adviser about your specific situation.
3. 10.3
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its content. Limits and exclusions of liability are set out in the Terms of Use.

11.Not Registered With or Endorsed by SEBON or NEPSE#

1. 11.1
   ShareRocketPro is not registered with, licensed by, authorised by or endorsed by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), or any other regulator, exchange or authority.
2. 11.2
   "NEPSE", index names and stock symbols are used nominatively, for education only, to identify the concepts and instruments being taught. Their use does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship or approval.
3. 11.3

12.Forward-Looking & General Information#

1. 12.1
   Any forward-looking statement, scenario or example on the Service is general in nature, based on assumptions, and inherently uncertain. Actual outcomes may differ significantly.
